Step 2 – We Source, Check, or Receive
For auction vehicles and purchases, we help you find options, review condition reports, and avoid bad deals. For solar panels and equipment, we source from trusted U.S. suppliers. For cargo you already own, we receive it at our U.S. warehouse. Then we prepare a clear quote with pricing and timelines.
Step 3 – You Approve and Pay
You review the items and shipment plan. Once you approve, you pay securely based on our invoice. We then confirm your booking, start export paperwork, and schedule your shipment.
Step 4 – We Store, Consolidate, and Prepare
We collect or receive your items, store them safely, and, if needed, consolidate multiple purchases into one shipment or container. Our team inspects and prepares your cargo for export, with proper packing and documentation.

Step 5 – We Ship and Keep You Updated
We ship your cargo from the United States to your chosen African port. You receive shipping details and updates, so you always know where your cargo is and when it is expected to arrive.
Customs & Clearance
At destination, you or your local clearing agent handle customs and port charges. We provide the export documents you need to clear the shipment smoothly on your side.
Final Delivery
Once customs is cleared, your cargo is released and delivered to you or your local partner. From first WhatsApp message to final pickup, Nile Cargo LLC stays available to answer questions and support you as your U.S.–Africa export partner.
